GARLIC HUMMUS
2 cans of chickpeas (or you can soak your own)
1/2 tbs Tahini
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
dash of cayenne
1 tbs fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Dip with gf pita chips or your favorite vegetables.
