Mexican Bean Stew

Ingredients
1 lb mayocoba beans
1/4 lb bacon
5 serrano peppers
1 medium onion
3 tbs garlic, minced
2 tbs cilantro
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
Directions

Soak beans overnight, drain and rinse

Combine all ingredients in crock pot with 9 cups water

Heat on low all day
