GLUTEN FREE BANANA BREAD
2 cup rice flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 nutmeg
2 eggs beaten
2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1tsp vanilla
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup sugar
Combine all ingredients be sure not to over mix. Pour into a greased bread pan. Preheat oven at 350
and bake for 1 hour.
